Martin Avery, Secretary
Martin Avery has been involved with the North Dakota Human Rights Coalition (NDHRC), for several years, focusing on event planning. He currently serves as board chairperson. Avery has a Master of Arts in Leadership, with a non-profit emphasis, from Jamestown University and a Master of Divinity, with an emphasis on social change, from Iliff School of Theology. As clergy, Avery has been active with the Eastern North Dakota Synod’s Advocacy and Action Committee and with the Interfaith Alliance, an organization of faith leaders and laity, invested in promoting human rights.
