North Dakota Human Rights Coalition Network Conference
Resource Table Information
Presenters, conference participants, and other human rights related organizations are invited to display brochures and resource information at the conference.
We will have space for approximately 10-15 3” x 8” foot tables in the hotel ballroom general session area. Space will be limited and depending on the number of responses we receive, groups may be asked to share tables.
On the morning of the conference, a table or table section will be designated for your organization and available for display set-up at 7:00 a.m. The conference will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m., at which time table set-up will close.
The display area will be open all day, beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending approximately 4:00 p.m. Feel free to leave your table set-up for the entire day. If you are not a speaker or have not registered for the conference and wish to participate in the entire day, you will need to complete and submit a registration form to the NDHRC no later than October 17th.
Organizations displaying information at the tables will be identified during the ‘Human Rights Commissions & Statewide Human Rights Organizations’ session, and conference attendees will be encouraged to visit the tables.
The conference will end at 4:00 p.m. Your resource materials should be cleared from the tables no later than 5:00 p.m.
